How to order a repeat prescription

 If you need a repeat prescription then you will need to give us your request 48 hours before you need more tablets. In most cases you will have a B-side to the prescription (see below) and merely need to tick the appropriate drug required. 

 If you require a drug that is not on the B-side of your prescription then you will need to write a letter requesting the drug. Please remember to put your full details on the letter so that we know who wants it!

 Requests must be made in writing or a repeat script left at the surgery.

 Telephone requests cannot be taken unless you are housebound or it is an emergency.

If you would like us to post it we need a stamp. Some local chemists will collect but we do not arrange it.
