 The online appointment system has proved to be a great success with those that use it. You can book on day appointments as well as appointments in the future using this system.
However, we request that you adhere to some rules to prevent problems with the appointments. These are listed below:
- Please book a double appointment for a diabetic check (only book diabetic appointments in advance and NOT on day).
- Please do not book blood tests with Hayley Ford or the nurses. Hayley Ford is a nurse practitioner but can diagnose and prescribe.
- Blood tests can be now booked with the phlebotomists (only blood tests). Remember, if you need a fasting sample then book for an early appointment!
- Please do not book specialised procedures such as smears, coils, implants, joint injections etc as the doctor you book with may not perform these. It is therefore, better to call reception for this.
