Want to know how coachable you are?

By answering the following questions you will be able to understand if coaching is of benefit to your right now.  Choose scores between 1 and 4 for each of the answers – with 1 being the lowest and 4 the highest score.

  1. I have situations or obstacles in my life now that I definitely want to address.

  1. I want to allocate some of my time to clarify my direction, understand what is important to me and use this knowledge to achieve what matters to me.

  1. I can be on time for calls and appointments.

  1. I want to learn how to act and not react.

  1. I can keep my word without conflict and/or excuses.

  1. I want to learn how to change the unproductive behaviours which limit my success.

  1. I can join with my coach in “trying on” new ways of doing things.

  1. I have the dedication to succeed in what I set out to do and don’t let myself down.

How did you get on with these questions?  Please add up your score and read below what the total sum indicates for you.

Well done – you know now that with a score above 20 that you are very coachable and need to ask your coach to demand a lot from you!

If your score is between 18 and 20 then it is time for you to be coached now and you are likely to succeed.

Scores between 15 and 18 mean that you are coachable.  The ground rules need to be clear and honoured.

If your score is below 15 then it means that you are not quite ready yet for coaching.

What happens?

Over a period of 3 to 6 months, for a minimum of 3 hours per month, your coach provides you with a safe, neutral environment in which you are able to explore your needs, wants and desires, gain clarity of your purpose and path as well as initiating accountability and motivation for you to manifest the life you desire.  This is conducted at the utmost confidentiality, respect and professionalism.

To be able to create a “shift “in life it may mean to one person the setting of boundaries and to the other pushing those.  As you go through the process it feels very motivating, fun and exciting and sometimes can feel uncomfortable and challenging to find all this out.  When this happens it is usually a sign of a personal break through.
