Great practice

I had a really positive first time experience at the practice today. I called, had a telephone consultation with a doctor who was clearly battling feeling poorly himself but still working from home, and was seen and medicated in the same day. I didn’t think this high quality of same-day care still existed on the NHS. Very positive experience, staff in surgery also very welcoming and friendly.

Well run practice

The receptionist on duty was welcoming and helpful. My appointment was at 11.15 I checked in and I was seen right on time. I was only having a shingles injection however the practice nurse was welcoming and kind. She explained to me the advantages of having the injection, a lovely person. I would like to commend all the receptionists. When you call the surgery they are always very helpful.

5 Star practice

Very friendly, helpful and efficient Practice. Most impressed after my first visit. Also able to book physio appointment at same time. How refreshing!

Great experience

My 5 year old son woke up struggling to breathe in the night. I called the surgery at 8.30am and spoke to someone with very little waiting time. He then saw a doctor and we had a reassuring resolution and a prescription by 10.30am. We’re so grateful to have had such good service. Thank you.
