Very good practice

I completed an e-consultation form recently and had a call back from the doctor on the designated day. I found the doctor to be calm, friendly and helpful. She listened carefully and responded with great empathy and understanding. I feel confident she has suggested the best course of treatment for my health concern.

Extremely helpful practice, receptionist and Doctor

I needed an appointment for a minor issue on my hand. When booking my appointment, I was asked if I wanted a face-to-face or a phone call. I needed face-to-face. Today I arrived and was seen by the doctor on time. My problem was a minor issue, but at no time did the doctor dismiss my worries as ‘silly’. He explained everything in single terms to me and reassured me that he was not worried at the moment about my issues. He did ask me to keep an eye out on it and come back in a month. I felt I was treated very politely and reassured.

Fantastic employees

An extremely sympathetic and personable receptionist spoke to me twice today regarding a sudden case of shingles. When the doctor then phoned she was also excellent, very kind and I did not feel rushed at all but listened to ; quite a skill over the phone. She worked out the closest chemist that would still be ope for me to get the prescription and get going on the treatment tonight and then forwarded me further information about a research project via a text.I know that my previous surgery would not have provided that level of service and can’t thank the receptionist and doctor enough.
