excellent service from receptionist

I'm staying with my daughter in Lancaster and i've run out of medicines. Explained situation to receptionist who kindly sorted it out for me.

Great service

I visited for my Covid jab recently and was very impressed with how efficient it was. I also received a 2 page leaflet advising on who does what. It was extremely informative, and shows how much work goes into offering the services you provide. Thank you.

A series of excellent experiences

I recently had cause to visit the surgery on two occasions. All aspects of care were perfect. My wife and I were also given booster Covid and flu vaccinations on a third visit.
The queue for vaccination was very well handled and the good humour of the staff was the only 'infectious' thing on offer.
Great stuff. Made me very thankful for the NHS and proud of a system that recognises health as a human right.

Great practice

I phoned up with a query about my elderly mother, hoping to see a nurse. The GP phoned back in a few minutes and invited us to come in straight away.
The GP was very helpful and informative and took time to answer our questions. We were very pleased with our experience and enjoyed meeting the doctor. The appointment was much better than expected, as I expected the staff to be busy and under pressure. We were not hurried by the staff at all.
