Group Clinics

We are offering the opportunity for patients concerns with Menopause symptoms to join us for a Group Clinic on the 14th of April at 09:00am. This will be held in our Group Room face to face here at the surgery.

During the session Dr Amy Davies will be available to talk you through the symptoms of Menopause, the things you can do, treatment options and answer any questions you have. Each person has the opportunity to speak one-to-one with the clinican in turn while the rest of the group benefit from listening to you.

Whilst this is a new approach for us, group consultations are a well-established way of working, supported by a strong evidence base. Group clinics are especially helpful for those who live with persistent symptoms, like Menopause.

Group clinics have many benefits including:

  • You get to spend longer with our team. The group clinic will last for 60-90 minutes, including a 1:1 with a prescribing clinician.
  • You get ideas to help you keep well and better manage your health condition or symptoms.
  • You feel supported and validated because you meet others in the same situation. You may feel less alone and better able to cope with your symptoms.

Confidentiality and Your Comfort
