Georgia started working at the practice in 2015 as an apprentice and has since worked in various roles. She has played a key part in implementing and developing her teams and is passionate about striving for excellence in the patient experience and the wellbeing and development of our employees. Georgia was recently appointed as Patient Services Manager and her daily tasks include: managing the reception and prescription team, dealing with complaints and compliments, overseeing all registrations work, and continuously improving the quality of the services we provide.
